This month saw the introduction of a new food pyramid 2015.  The take home message is this….. flood your diet with Vegetables to the order of 10-13 serves per day.  where possible, aim to limit grain based CHO in the favour of whole fruits and avoid processed foods high in salt and sugar. The right nutrition is an important component to achieving optimal results with your personal training. Remember, you can’t out train a poor diet.
